CANCELLATION POLICY Please ensure you are familiar with our cancellation policy prior to proceeding with your booking... Christmas School Holidays - 50% of deposit refunded if cancellation received before 1st November. Non-refundable after 1st November Easter - 50% of deposit refunded before 1st December. Non-refundable after 1st December Peak (School Holdiays, Public Holiday Weekends & Leeuwin Weekend) - Deposit will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days prior to commencement of arrival date Off Peak - Deposit will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is given at least 10 days prior to commencement of arrival date STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED
